“Family time is the buzz word” - a new movement has been formed – a movement that unplugs and unschedules families. Month long schedules have been created in some parts of the United States, they’re designed to give families the opportunity to spend more family time together and take time out from technolgy – even TV. This last friday was “no-email-day” all day long!
It’s good to see that people are taking a step and not allowing themselves to be dictated by the modern rush of things. Being still and taking in the earth’s heartbeat is a far better remedy than taking a couple of trips to the therapist to relieve stress. In my experience, those who go to therapy seem to be far more stressed than anyone else. Or is it just me? Maybe I’m in denial – maybe I need to see a therapist : /…..
